1. Eat a healthy breakfast

You may not always be hungry in the morning, but it is important to eat a healthy breakfast to boost energy levels. The body slows down during the night, and it needs some fuel to restart. You don’t need to make a full-blown breakfast buffet for yourself or your loved one, but giving the body something to start with can go a long way. A portion of fruit can be a great breakfast for seniors, but if that isn’t filling enough, there are many more healthy options.

2. Exercise: Physically & Mentally


You may think that exercising would make you tired, but that’s not the case. A simple exercise such as taking a walk can not only boost energy levels but also increase mood and attitude. Light physical exercise is also a relaxation technique to reduce stress and increase energy.
