Continuing care retirement communities, or CCRCs for short, are designed to include multiple levels of senior care as needed. Services range from independent living and assisted living, to skilled nursing care and memory care. Each level of care ensures residents are met with the highest standards of medical attention, providing them with the various amenities and community benefits specific to each facility.

Designed with your comfort in mind, all utilities, housekeeping, and dining services are to be included with your entry fee and subsequent payments. Many facilities also feature state of the art fitness rooms, pools, and sport courts. Transportation is also offered, with many facilities allowing residents to keep their own car. However, bear in mind that some services can require additional fees.
