Between working two part-time jobs and providing care for my mother, I'm not finding a lot of time to focus on my own health. Is there any way to get a day off from caregiving?

Yes, there is! If it is just one day that you need, see if a friend or family member can help you care for your mother. However, caring for your mother between working two part-time jobs seems exhausting! Have you considered putting your mother in an adult day care center? She could go as often as you like, and it would free up some of your time so that you can have some "you" time.
