I used to be very physically active, but as I've aged it's harder to me to stay as active. Does anyone have any recommendations for low-key exercise routines that I can get involved in?

One of the best low-intensity workouts to help an aging body stay healthy is walking. The AARP created this 10-week walking program to help encourage seniors to get out and walk. You can use it as a personal motivator or use it to help organize and begin a local walking program. Swimming, yoga, tai-chi, and even strength training can also be great ways to build balance and keep you fit without too much physical stress.
