I’m in my mid-60s and my skin has begun to age. Is there any point in continuing to wear sunscreen? The damage has already been done.

Yes! As an older adult you should be even more concerned about protecting your skin then when you were younger. In fact, according to a skin study in 2009, it was determined that elderly skin is less able to protect itself from skin cancer. So, not only should you be wearing sunscreen, but you should also be actively engaging in other skin healthy habits to help protect your skin from the sun.
