My Dad recently starting using hearing aids, but I can tell he's having difficulty accepting the fact that he needs them. Are there any support groups or organizations that I can get him involved in?

Yes, the Hearing Loss Association of America provides a number of chapters nationwide that meet and provide peer support for those that have hearing loss. The chapters are listed by state and also provide local resources in each state. Support groups in your area are a great way to help your loved one understand that they are not the only one their age with hearing loss!
