There are three situations that typically influence someone to experience asthma symptoms. The first is exercise-induced bronchoconstriction or exercise-induced asthma, which occurs during or because of exercise. It is especially prevalent when it is cold and dry out. The second is occupational asthma, which is triggered by irritants such as fumes, gasses, dust or other potentially harmful materials in the workplace. The third is allergy induced asthma, which is when your allergy triggers, trigger your asthma. These can include anything from dust and mold to pollen, or smoke. Additional asthma triggers can include stress, smells, and other allergens.
