My sisters and I have been concerned with our dad's driving and we want to talk to him about it. Would it be better for one of us to mention it to him or all of us talk to him about his driving?

This is a conversation no one wants to have with their parents, so it is encouraging that you and your sisters are being proactive to take steps to keep your father safe. You have more strength in numbers. If only one of you talk to your dad about giving up the keys, he may see it as nagging or not a serious concern. Also, consider involving an impartial party, like a doctor, in the conversation. Your father may be more likely to take your concerns seriously from someone not related to him who is also showing concern.
