Yes, there are accessibility options for those with disabilities traveling by plane. It is recommended that you make your reservation as early as possible. Before booking be sure to call your airline to determine what services they have available and let them know what your needs are. Airlines may be able to accommodate those:

  • Needing onboard medical oxygen
  • Using an FAA-approved respirator or ventilator
  • Needing to transport an electric wheelchair
  • Traveling in groups of ten or more people with disabilities
  • Traveling with a support animal in the cabin
