I've been my mother's caregiver for a while now. What resources are available to me locally?

A great place to start is your local Area Agency on Aging (AAA). These locations are listed in the city or county government sections of your telephone directory under Aging or Health and Human Services. Another great tool and resource is The National Eldercare Locator which is offered by the U.S. Administration on Aging. Church groups may also be an option for some. You can also use our senior care resources to help locate the best services for your needs.
