The best way to treat heart disease is by reducing symptoms through enacting a lifestyle change. If you’re a smoker, quit. If you’re out of shape, start exercising more and enjoy a healthy diet. If you have high-blood pressure, get it treated. If a lifestyle change isn’t enough then your doctor may recommend medicine to help treat your heart disease.
