Yes, melatonin has been known to help with sleep disorders. The hormone has shown that it can help with various sleep issues. Many swear by it, but there is, however, no significant studies that show a positive correlation. however, it wouldn't hurt to try. Many choose to take capsules before bed or mix it with hot tea before laying down. However, as always, before starting a new pill or supplement be sure to speak with your doctor and determine whether or not it is best for you, your symptoms and your health.
